Frequently asked questions
How do I join CoffeeBreak?
Install the app, sign in with your phone number and choose your role. A coffee shop goes through a short verification, after which orders and shifts are enabled. A supplier applies to join the catalogue; we review the application and let you know the result.
Why hasn't my supplier application been approved yet?
We check the company and payment details before showing your goods to coffee shops. This usually takes one or two business days. If it has been longer, write to us.
I don't receive notifications
Check that notifications for CoffeeBreak are turned on in your phone settings. As a backup, link the CoffeeBreak Telegram bot in your app profile, and notifications will also arrive there.
I can't check in for a shift
Allow the app to access your location and open it while you are at the coffee shop. If check-in still fails, tell the coffee shop manager and write to us; we will confirm the time manually.
How do I pay a supplier for an order?
Directly to the supplier, using the payment details on the invoice in the app. The platform does not accept payment for goods. After paying, mark it in the order and the supplier will confirm receipt.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account → confirm.
Without the app: email coffeebreak@hightengry.kz with the subject "Delete account" and include the phone number you signed in with. We will confirm that the request came from you and delete the account.
What is deleted: your profile, contacts, coffee shop or company data, order and shift history, Telegram link. Deletion takes up to 30 days.
What is kept: records we must keep under Kazakhstan tax and accounting law (payouts, withheld social payments, invoices issued). They are kept for the period required by law and then deleted. See the privacy policy for details.
Before deleting, close any open shifts and pay any outstanding invoices.
